Returns Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY:

Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. will replace any product or parts of products which are defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship. The replacement of defective products by Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. will be without charge. The warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not apply to (1) products damaged by accident, neglect, misuse or abuse, or (2) costs of removal or reinstallation of defective products. Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the product or any associated product, cost of capital, cost of substituted products, services, downtime costs, or claims of customers of the purchaser for such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the one year duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Defective products, or parts of products, should be returned at your expense to Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. (the warrantor) at 19505 SW 90thCt. P.O. Box 3707 Tualatin, Oregon 97062. Any products submitted must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Form which the warrantor will provide upon request. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from State to State.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:

All goods shall be deemed delivered to purchaser at the time they are placed in the hands of the freight carrier and consigned to purchaser. LOSS, DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF ANY SHIPMENT IS ASSUMED BY THE CONSIGNEE AND CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE FREIGHT CARRIER. Any error in shipments will be waived unless reported to the customer Service Department in writing within thirty (30) days after receipt of goods. Any costs incurred from refused shipments will become the responsibility of the consignee.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:

Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. will not accept returned goods unless the purchaser has prior written consent from Cascade Coil Drapery on a signed copy of the “Returned Merchandise Authorization”; a copy of the same is to be used as a packing slip accompanying the returned goods. Returns without an approved copy of authorization will be refused. Returned goods must be packaged in original factory carton. Any transit damage resulting from improper packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser. In order to avoid any inventory imbalance at Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc., approval of merchandise return requests are at the sole discretion of Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. Upon authorization, return and inspection of returned merchandise, a 30% restocking charge will be assessed against the value of the product to be credited to the purchaser’s account. Only merchandise deemed current by Cascade Coil Drapery, Inc. within 180 days of purchase date will be eligible for return. This 30% restocking policy does not apply to warranty returns.

COMPLETE SCREEN SALVAGE VALUE:

Salvage value for new complete custom fireplace screens, custom sized mesh panels, or Serenity shower curtains returned to the factory for credit is 25%.
